Since 2014, TDA has completed five projects funded by the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF), ASEAN and Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We have returned 86,348,648 m² of safe land and removed 19,608 landmines and items of UXO.

How we work
1. Survey
Using our SIMA process, we interview key informants, check suspected areas and define the real minefield boundaries precisely.
2. Clearance
Trained deminers find and destroy mines to TMAS and IMAS, with quality assurance and control (QA/QC) at every stage.
3. Land release
Safe land is handed back to communities through TMAC for farming and border economic development.
